Check-in: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM

Please let us know the departure time of your vessel. Staff will be at Zamami Port to meet you.
We can store your luggage before check-in.
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

Check-out by 10:00

We provide transportation at checkout (to Zamami Port or Furuzamami Beach/Ama Beach).
We can store your luggage after checkout. We will bring it to the port in time for your ship's departure.

Shuttle service to/from Zamami Port at check-in and check-out
One round-trip shuttle service per day to either Furuzamami Beach or Ama Beach (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows, calculated from the scheduled date of stay.

7 days prior to arrival: 30% of the accommodation fee
3 days prior to arrival: 50% of the accommodation fee
The day before ~ 80% of the accommodation fee
On the day of arrival: 100% of the accommodation fee

If the ferry to Zamami Island is canceled, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Accommodation During Typhoons

During typhoons, when vessel cancellations are anticipated, we request an earlier checkout than scheduled. If cancellations persist for several days, you may be unable to return to Okinawa Main Island. Typhoons in Okinawa are powerful and may cause prolonged power outages. We may be unable to provide normal services, and for your safety, we kindly ask for your understanding when making reservations.
