Rental Request Form

This reservation form is for request reservations.
After you submit your application, a representative will respond regarding whether your reservation is possible.
Your reservation is not confirmed at the time of application.

Regarding Reservation Acceptance Dates

Reservations are accepted starting 7 days prior to your desired rental date.
Please apply only if you have already reserved your ferry to Zamami Island.

Regarding the Amount Accepted for Reservations

Rentals and returns at Zamami Port are only available for orders totaling ¥2,000 or more.
For amounts under ¥2,000, rental and return will be handled at Zamamise Second Style stores.
The Zamamise Second Style store is located in the Asa district.
Please note that it takes about 30 minutes to walk from Zamami Port.

Regarding Payment

Please pay in cash when renting equipment on the day.

About Cancellations

Cancellations made at the customer's request will incur a cancellation fee.
Same-day cancellations: 100%
No cancellation fees will be charged in the event of a vessel cancellation.

Request Regarding Email Receipt

Please verify your settings to ensure you can receive emails from the “@zamami-2nd.com” domain.
If you have not received a response from the person in charge after two days or more, please contact us by phone.
